The first I took as I was heading into a historically stressful meeting. I took a moment walking from my car into my work space to notice the breeze, the blue sky, the clouds and to be grateful for the slightly cooler day. It was the pause between the exhale and the inhale.
The second was as I was leaving for last minute connection with a friend I haven't been able to connect with in months - seeing the beauty in the slight pink of the setting sun reflected in the clouds and the slight possibility of more monsoon rains.
In an odd way both these photos represent connections - how I choose to show up in professional settings and with friends. The awareness of showing up with love and presence in both yet very differently in how it is demonstrated.
